Managing Director, Stephen Thompson is the son of co-founder Peter Thompson and took over the reins in 2003. Stephen commenced a cadetship at Allworth in 1987, gaining his builders licence in 1991. He has been able to experience the customer journey at all stages, working his way up the ladder at Allworth. Stephen credits the company’s success to the Allworth team, with key employees having worked for the company for twenty, even thirty years. This solid staff retention means Allworth customers benefit from the best and most experienced industry knowledge possible.
