If you wish to visit a particular Builder’s Display Homes we would recommend that you contact them prior to visiting to check your options.

How many HomeWorld Display Village locations are there?
HomeWorld currently has five locations. Box Hill, Marsden Park, New Leppington, Warnervale and Thornton. Our aim in developing these display locations is to help you discover all of your options so that you can make a confident choice when you build your new home.
Are there any duplexes on display?
With the popularity of duplex housing options, you will find that many of the Building Companies within our five locations are now designing and building Duplex homes. We therefore recommend you come out to a HomeWorld Display Village, walk through the homes, find what you like, then talk directly to the builders sales teams about what duplex living options they may have/or may have in the future.

I would like to build a home that has additional separate accommodation… Are there options like this on display?
Multi-generational, or dual living is becoming very popular in new home building. Many Building Companies within HomeWorld’s five locations are now designing and building options where this is possible.
Granny Flat living within the main home build floorplan, or as a detached design when building your new home or even a new home build that includes nanny quarters are options from some Building Companies and are on display at HomeWorld Display Villages.

Does HomeWorld sell land?
HomeWorld is responsible for the development, management and running of the display locations, but does not sell land.
Does HomeWorld have house/land packages?
The individual Building Companies within the HomeWorld Villages will be able to help you with house & land packages that are available across Sydney/NSW.
