HomeWorld has 5 unique Villages, HomeWorld Box Hill, HomeWorld Marsden Park, New HomeWorld Leppington, HomeWorld Thornton and New HomeWorld Warnervale.

All HomeWorld Villages are open 7 days 10am – 5pm

Planning your visit to a HomeWorld Village
Before you head to a HomeWorld Village it is a great idea to browse what the Building Companies have on display at each location.
Each HomeWorld Village has a map (see location pages) that shows Builders, Parking and Facilities.

Do I need to make an appointment?
You do not need to make an appointment but it can get busy, if you wish to visit a particular Builder’s Display Homes, we would recommend that you contact them prior to visiting. 

Do your research
With homes from leading Building Companies, each with their own individual style, it’s helpful to do a little research to familiarise yourself with what’s on display before you start exploring the HomeWorld Villages. With lots of handy information on each of the builders, including who they are, what HomeWorld village they are at, what homes they have on display and the display home floorpans, our website is a great place to start.

Save your favourites 
By saving your favourites you can easily see your list of display homes and which HomeWorld Village they are on display at. It is so easy and will help you keep focus and get the most out of your visit to a HomeWorld Village.

Desktop: Save your favourites on the HomeWorld website by clicking the heart icon in the menu bar, you will need to sign in, so that you can view this list on any device. We make it easy for you to refine your search by location, builder, bedrooms and design. When you find a display home that you would like to visit, click the heart icon on the image to save it to your list.

Mobile device: You can access this list on your mobile device by going to homeworld.com.au, clicking the heart in the menu and signing in. Now you have your list handy when you visit any of the HomeWorld villages.

Bring the family
Yes, you read that right! You might think bringing the family would be anything other than productive and helpful, but it can be handy! Seeing the way they interact with the floor plans and what they like and dislike can all help to make that final decision easier. Because at the end of the day, your family is the most important feature in your home.

Think about the future
What you might need in a new home now can change in just a few short years, so take a little time to consider where your family will be in 10 years from now and how your needs will change. How will your new home plan for these changes? Are there any features you may need in a decade from now, like a granny flat or downstairs bedroom suite for your older parents? With this vision in mind, make a list of any questions you might have so you can have a chat to our builders about options you can customise and add to your home during the build, or even later down the track.

Make a wishlist
Treat your visit to HomeWorld like any good shopping visit and have an idea of what you’re looking for. While you’re doing your research, pull together a list of things such as a a butler’s pantry, a theatre room or a large outdoor entertaining area. Having a wishlist handy will give you a better idea of what you’re looking for and which house design will and won’t work for your family.
