HomeWorld Warnervale open to preview

Australia’s biggest and most established display home organisation, HomeWorld, has today announced a selection of homes are open to preview at its new village, HomeWorld Warnervale.

Situated on Virginia Road in Warnervale, the new village marks HomeWorld’s return to the Central Coast and will showcase the latest in design trends from some of the leading builders in New South Wales, before opening in full later this year.

HomeWorld CEO Phil Jones said opening the village on the Central Coast is an exciting milestone and confirms HomeWorld’s commitment to the region.

“It is fantastic to see the village come together, as our builders and their teams capture current trends and great designs to give locals the chance to view and start planning their new home.

“With a selection of homes on offer, the new village is the perfect way to get an understanding of your options in new home building today. From the latest in single and double storey designs to custom builds and granny flats, our builders are on hand to help answer any questions and work with you to create your dream home.

“At this stage, only a selection of homes are open to preview, so we recommend checking directly with the builders if you’re wanting to meet with them specifically,” said Jones.

The new Warnervale village will feature 40 homes from leading builders including: Metricon, Oracle Platinum Homes, Masterton, Tullipan Homes, Thrive Homes, Lily Homes, Coral Homes, Elderton Homes, Hudson Homes, Montgomery Homes, Allworth Master Built Homes, McDonald Jones, Beechwood Homes, Eden Brae Homes, Rawson Homes and Mojo Homes.

The new village in Warnervale will also offer an extension to HomeWorld’s existing village in Thornton, which is less than an hour’s drive, giving Central Coast and Hunter locals more choice than ever before.

Since its establishment in 1986, HomeWorld has grown to a cooperative of more than 49-member builders across NSW, with villages in operation in Kellyville, Thornton, Leppington and the new Warnervale village which is now open to preview.
