Our newest display village is now nearing completion.

Currently there are over 80 BRAND NEW Display Homes OPEN for you to explore, with more homes opening each week.

When completed this new village will showcase 93 display homes from 33 building companies, plus a village Café for you to enjoy.

Located at the Cnr Emerald Hills Boulevard and Farmer Street off St Andrews Road, Leppington. ​

Please note: Our previous HomeWorld Leppington located on the corner of Raby Road and Emerald Hills Boulevard Leppington has now closed and has become a residential area.

NEW HomeWorld Thornton village is Now Open – located at the Corner Brookland Promenade and Barnstable Street, Thornton. ​

Unfortunately due to recent weather conditions some display homes are not completed, please check the HomeWorld Thornton page regularly to view which Building Companies have their display homes open.

On Thursday 31 March 2022 the old Thornton Display Village closed and has now transformed into a residential area.

Some Builders may operate by appointment only.

If you wish to visit a particular Builder's Display Homes we would recommend that you contact them prior to visiting to check your options.

You can do this by the "MAKE AN ENQUIRY" button located on each display home page below the floorplan. Here you can find the Builder's phone number or alternately, you can send them an email via the form, this will form will take your enquiry directly to the Builders Sales Teams.

HomeWorld has 5 locations and has been developed to be a destination where the public can come and walk through some of Australia's leading home building companies latest display homes. Talk directly with the builders and compare designs and options that they offer.

Our aim in developing these display locations is to help you discover all of your options so that you can make a confident choice when you build your new home.
With the popularity of duplex housing options, you will find that many of the Building Companies within our five locations are now designing and building Duplex homes. We therefore recommend you come out to HomeWorld Display Village, walk through the homes, find what you like, then talk directly to the builders sales teams (who are on site) about what duplex living options they may have/or may have in the future.

Several Building Companies currently have Duplex on display at HomeWorld Box Hill.
Multi-generational, or dual living is becoming very popular in new home building. Many Building Companies within HomeWorld’s five locations are now designing and building options where this is possible.

Granny Flat living within the main home build floorplan, or as a detached design when building your new home or even a new home build that includes nanny quarters are options from some Building Companies and are on display at HomeWorld Display Villages. To narrow your search please select the Granny Flat option from the Design menu under Search Homes.

Please note: All Granny Flat designs MUST be built in conjunction with a new home build at the same time.
HomeWorld are responsible for the development, management and running of the display locations. HomeWorld therefore does not sell land.
The individual builders within HomeWorld will be able to help you with what House and Land packages are available across Sydney and NSW. HomeWorld itself does not manage any House and Land packages.
