Tripling of First Home Buyers Grant to $21,000 Provides a Real Opportunity For First Home Buyers
The announcement by the Federal Government that the First Home Buyers Grant will be tripled to $21,000 until 30 June 2009, on newly constructed homes, will provide a real opportunity for first home buyers to buy a home.
First home buyers may not realise that the State Government also provides stamp duty exemption on homes up to $500,000 and on land for residential construction up to $300,000.
On top of all that, the builders at HomeWorld have a range of designs at affordable prices. There are also home and land packages in a variety of suburbs.
It is important to understand that this is a one off opportunity to buy a new home as the Federal Government moves to stimulate the economy.
Home buyers should take the opportunity as soon as possible to visit HomeWorld to start the process of selecting a suitable home design. Many of the builders at the village have special offers that home buyers can take advantage of when selecting a home.
So there is the $21,000 grant, stamp duty exemption on homes up to $500,000 and some good deals available from the builders.
Don’t forget that official interest rates have also just been cut by one per cent, with most of the banks passing on 0.8%, and there are predictions that rates will be cut further.
Make sure you take advantage of these opportunities to realise your dream of owning your own home.
