Home Buyer Numbers Are Up At HomeWorld

Thanks to low interest rates and stamp duty concessions home buyers are visiting HomeWorld Display Village in increasing numbers.

Frank Death, HomeWorld’s CEO, reports that visitors to the village website are also up by 25% a clear indication that families are getting on with their plans for a new home.

“Obviously the historically low interest rates, greater confidence in the economy and the fact that HomeWorld is the largest display village in the world, offering incredible variety in home designs is attracting people to come to the village.

“HomeWorld builders are able to present home buyers with a selection of single and two storey homes; including designs for narrow blocks of land as well as corner blocks. There are also designs for sloping blocks and there are builders who will custom design and build a home, to your ideas and lifestyle aspirations, saving a lot of money that you might spend with an architect,” said Frank Death.

The design variety at HomeWorld means that if you want to build a full brick home there is a selection of builders who can provide that service.

HomeWorld display village is at Kellyville, up the Windsor Road, off Samantha Riley Drive.
