All the indicators are in place to give home buyers a green light to go ahead with their plans to build a new home according to Frank Death, CEO of HomeWorld Display Village.
“We have seen a lift in visitor numbers to the village as well as to our website as home buyers’ confidence returns. The builders at HomeWorld are also reporting a higher rate of enquiry at their display homes.
“The Australian economy is showing strong signs of recovery and economists are predicting lower levels of unemployment than was first expected. It is obvious that people are now more confident and they should get on with the purchase of a new home,” said Frank Death.
“There really has never been a better time to go ahead with your home plans with low interest rates and a 50 % reduction on stamp duty for land for new homes. There is also a lot more land available in a range of areas and with all these factors we think it gives a green light to home buyers,” Frank added.
HomeWorld is the largest home display village in the world with over 125 homes by 34 builders including some of Australia’s biggest brand names in the housing industry.
“There is an enormous choice of designs to choose from, no matter what your budget may be, and there are many choices of elevations to give the individuality you want in your street.
“Competition is strong between the HomeWorld builders so it’s a good time to do a deal. So if your old home is getting tired and no longer suitable for your lifestyle why not talk to the builders about a knock down rebuild solution. They are the experts in this field,” he concluded.
HomeWorld Display Village is at Kellyville, up the Windsor Road, off Samantha Riley Drive.
